This return policy is valid for ready made items only. Unfortunately, custom orders or gifts cards can not be returned.

If you want to initiate a return, please contact us at contact@littleceramicstudio.com within 14 days of the delivery date, with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions along with a return shipping label (if applicable).

Items must be unused, in their original condition, without signs of wear and in their original packaging. Please note that little ceramic studio is not responsible for damaged returned packages or lost in transit ones.

The customer is responsible for the shipment cost of the return.

We do not accept parcels with cash on delivery.

A refund (minus any applicable shipping fees) will be issued for eligible returns once the item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt via the original payment method.
