Shipping Policy
1. Shipping
We ship to all regions within Romania.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your order.
- If you live in Cluj-Napoca, you can also opt for a local pickup. Just send a dm on Instagram, to set everything up. Please note this may take longer than our standard shipping.
International orders are not accepted at the moment; however, we are working on setting this up.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and another email with tracking details once the order is shipped.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Easybox: 2-4 business days. Unless you provide a preferred pickup point, we’ll send it to the closest one to your address.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- Local Pickup: 3-7 business days.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
little ceramic studio is not responsible for delays or mis deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
We will work with the shipping carrier to locate or replace the lost/damaged item.
